I don’t seem to be able to have any service on my network visible with this device. I’ve tried port forwarding ports 80 and 443 for my website (doesn’t work). I’ve tried using DMZ (doesn’t work). I’ve tried forwarding different ports and giving myself a static ip address (doesn’t work). I’ve seen the other forum post talking about setting all local addresses for the DHCP server, I haven’t touched that at all. Should I just get a refund and get a different device?

Could you please confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are subscribed to?

What is the current LED light status on the front panel of the device?

If there is no internet connection, port forwarding is not required.
