Problems with Parental control on g34

We've had the G34 for about four days.  We upgraded to this one because it's not too expensive but it does have parental controls.  I was able to label devices and set up a few profiles, but now all it does most of the time is load.  Every once in a while it lets me toggle the buttons to pause the Internet but it won't pause Internet to anything in the house.  The app seems so useless.  I wish there was a website where I could use the parental controls.  Are we missing something on the app?  I've force stopped it.  I cleared the cache.  I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.  Nothing has worked.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. To resolve the issue, we recommend removing the existing profiles under the parental setup and reconfiguring them from scratch.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether you’ve performed a factory reset on the G34 device? If so, please note that the app may no longer function correctly due to loss of synchronization. In that case, you’ll need to remove the G34 from the app and go through the setup process again to restore proper functionality.
