Where are the QoS settings for the G34? I can get into the modem settings via browser but I can't find QoS.

G34 doesn't have option for QoS setting on the modem interface, there is no such option available.

The G34 includes QoS setting for Wi-Fi network prioritization. It is located at the bottom of the Wi-Fi > Networks screen.
