System is not allowing me to reset the admin password to allow me access to the modem settings

there isn’t a recovery. You can factory reset to get back to defaults and reinstall


Could you specify the exact error message you’re receiving when attempting to reset the password?

Do you have the Surfboard Central app installed on your mobile phone?

When trying to log in to the interface page, is it prompting you for a username or an email address?

Have you previously set up a login password for the interface page?
