Now that my G36 Arris Modem has been rendered useless by Xfinity’s recent upgrade to 10G in my area i would like to return this modem that does not work and get a refund.  I can not find a place on the SurfBoard website that lets you initiate a return process.   Could someon please provide a link to initiate an RMA and/or a number that i can call?
