I installed my G34 and it works well. When I went to set up the iphone app, I was told that I would need to factory reset the unit. Will I need to go through the whole activation process again?

 

You won’t need to reactivate. But you basically either choose the app or the browser. I prefer the browser as it has more info/capabilities. 


As ​@plemans  mentioned, reactivation is not required since a factory reset will not affect the internet connection.

A factory reset will simply restore the gateway to its default configuration.
