I have a Solid Amber light on my G36. I have Recycled the Power from unplugging and tried the Reset button. I cant seem to get a Internet connection. We had some recent storms where the Power could have possibly surged the Router. Is there a possible fix for this?

As you had already tried Power cycle and Reset , still the modem is showing a Solid Amber .
For further assistance please contact arris.com/consumersupport .
If you had recent storms, did you check with the ISP to see if any of the cmts’s were down?
