I keep getting a solid orange light on G34. I have tried a hard reset multiple times through app and the little hole on back holding it for 30-60 seconds multiple times. The orange light doesn’t change. I have unplugged it multiple times for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and still it will start with a blue light then turn to solid orange. I called my provider and have no outages. How to file a warranty claim since I’m within my 2 years?
