I just bought the G36. It was working alright until 4 weeks ago. Now constant intermittent freezing. Sparklight's response, today, was that it's the modem/router after updating the Sparklight firmware. The technician that was sent out last Tues, checked all lines and said there was no issue with them. So, who do you believe. "It's no one's problem".

Intermittent issue is only on WIFI connected devices or even with direct connection?
Since you mentioned this is happening on the after updating firmware could you please help me with the firmware version.
If this is happening only on WIFI you can try changing WIFI channel and monitor connection for 24hrs and if its on direct connection we need to check the cable signal level on the interface to isolate the issue. please follow the steps mentioned on the below article to check and configure the settings.
