suggestion for xbox refusing to connect to Arris G34

I have tried entering the security key and manually entering the SSID for 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz. I know this area is highly trafficked internet wise which is causing connectivity issues on other devices, but my Xbox just will not connect.

You might need to change the Wi-Fi security mode.  Try these steps.
