My Surf Board G34 is not responding to my Xfinity service. I bought this modem in a (military) Base exchange I can’t return it elsewhere. Could I ship and exchange for another one that works with my service?

Could you let me know the LED light status on G34?

Let us know whether the wifi network name is broadcasting on your devices.

Did you try self-activation through the Xfinity app?
