I’m trying to set up a new cable gateway but the app is stuck on the get started screen. If I disconnect the modem it will update to say it’s not connected. I’ve tried resetting it and restarting my phone  

Anyone experience this? Should I just use a browser to set it up?

Your mobile phone should connect with the WiFi network (Arris wifi modem) while trying to setup the SBC app.

Could you help us with the model number to assist you further?

 

 


It’s a G34. I was able to set it up with a web browser without a problem but the app still doesn’t do anything 


Could you let us know the error that you are experiencing on the Surfboard Central app?

You can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again to startover the SBC app setup.


Its activated and working though? You just want to be able to access it through the app?
