What happened: I was troubleshooting a Xbox Live issue my son had with his Xbox. One of the troubleshooting steps was to put the G36 in bridge mode. Apparently bridge mode wasn’t the solution and I wound up having to do a factory reset.
Problem: Now trying to use the SURFboard Central App, I can connect to the 2.4GHz and 5GHz on my phone with the default SSID/password but cannot connect to other devices.
Troubleshooting attempts: I tried using the (192.168.100.1) to see if I can change it there but it doesn’t load for me. I WOULD log off and log back on but I don’t remember the password to the app and I couldn’t find the forgot my password option.
End State: I’d like to be able to change the SSID/password and use the app prior to factory reset.
