I have been trying to work on my Gateway but have had nothing but problems as I cannot open multiple tabs in my browser to go between things and the website keeps logging me out! I’ll be in the middle of something and it will tell me I need to login again! Is there some setting I need to adjust for this because it is aggravating beyond words that it is taking longer than necessary to get this done 😡

Could you please confirm your product’s model number?
When accessing the interface, make sure that the device you are using is connected to the main network. If you product is a gateway and if you are on Wi-Fi, connect to the 2.4 GHz band, as it offers a longer range compared to the 5 GHz band. If you are using a direct Ethernet connection, this will not be an issue since it is more stable than Wi-Fi.
Please note:
- If your Wi-Fi disconnects while accessing the interface, the page will also disconnect.
- If the interface page is left idle for more than 5 minutes, you will be logged out automatically.
