Serial number and model number, that I entered, do not match; but they do-I checked numerous times. What do I do?

I have the G34 modem. I also now have the additional problem of not being able to log into the interface with my new password. Also, when I enter 192.168.0.1 in the add. bar, it says “Not Secure” in red letters. Could all these issues and more be related to the fact that i’m not using the mobile app-I don’t have a smart phone? I had to call my internet provider to activate my modem.
