I just setup the G36 Modem/Router & the Troubleshooting > Diagnostic Tools test fail while connected & online. This is with an Ethernet connection.

Why is it failing?

I want to gather more information to comprehend the issue. Besides that, is it giving any connectivity issues? like internet dropping or slow connection? is it possible to try another device to see if it does the same? 


There are intermittent connectivity issues but this shows Inactive & Error even when there's no connectivity loss.

This is a brand new G36. I switched this out from an Xfinity XB8. I don't have another device. Can the logs help?
