When I try to sign into the modem via browser it says to use the email address I have for the app. I have used that and the password and it still won’t let me in.

The password provided by the app is case-sensitive, so please ensure you enter it exactly as shown. We also recommend trying a different browser and clearing cookies and cache for better results.
