This G36 is the worse modem I have ever owned. I’ve had it less than a week and it’s been nothing but issues. I want to go back to my old modem and router. ALL solutions for issues with the G36 seem to require complete reset of the modem/router and starting all over again. The mobile app is a steaming pile of junk. I can’t access the modem through my browser because it won’t accept my email login. Sorry but it’s my ONLY email. The solution is to reset everything and start over.

If you have done setting up the surfboard central app you can try accessing the modem GUI through the app itself so please do follow the steps mentioned on the below article.

If you are unable to access surfboard central app then the only way to reset the modem and login to GUI using default login credentials without setting up the SBC app.
