Not to hijack this post, but maybe to help OP…
I’ve been using the SurfboardCentral app (v4.2.9) to view the status of my modem/router (G34). The app constantly states... ‘access to your network is currently unavailable’. I want to log into the web/gui at 192.168.0.1 to troubleshoot a problem but that seems like it’s only an option if I use a computer with a hardline connection. Is that expected (my other computer is connected to the wifi from my modem/router but will not connect to the web gui)?
I tried logging into the web gui using the same login/password that displays from the app’s hamburger menu under Access Web Interface. The credentials don’t work and I’ve tried them several times. I feel like this isn’t a great product and am considering a return. Thanks for any help you can offer.
