Unable to access the Synology Media Server

hi so i just recently changed my router to a arris g36 and my synology media server seems to not be able to show on my network and i cant seem to find any settings to allow it through i also have tried with my wd cloud and nothing

To access the Synology media server login to web manager:192.168.0.1 and change the Security Mode from WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal (AES) Recommended to WPA2-PSK (AES).

Follow the below steps to change the Security Mode  : 

  • After logging on to the web manager 192.168.0.1 click on the “Gateway”<>” Connection” <> “Wi-Fi”<> On the right side of the page <>” Primary Home Wi-Fi Network” <> Please select 2.4 GHz Band and click on “Edit” and change the Security Mode as mentioned above.
