Question

Unable to access web gui portal to enable wifi on my G34

Forum|alt.badge.img

My router lost wifi (ethernet working fine) and after restarting numerous times, still will not come online.

Tried accessing 192.168.0.1 but “refuses to connect” across multiple browsers.

Tried accessing via app which tells me I need to enable wifi via the browser.

Support page on Arris site returns an error (!)

I’ll trash this thing if I can’t get a solid answer stat…

Are the network names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz broadcasting? Could you also let us know the LED light status on the G34?

Also, could you please explain how you perform a reset?

To access the GUI portal, try using a different browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar.

After 1.25 hrs on a call with support, finally determined the wifi, although visible in the gui, was not broadcasting and ARRIS provided a new unit under warranty. Hopefully this one lasts more than a year.
