I have been unable to connect to the G34 modem for 3 days. Sparklight verified that the modem has an internet signal going to it and the light is solid blue one the modem. We howevere cannot connect laptops, phones, or TVs to the internet.

I tried to reset it and then the app was unable connect to it to set it up.

There’s an IP reset address 192.168.0.1 but it WILL NOT work.

The Surfboard app has logged me out and will not allow me to log in.

Please help. I pay $50 a month for wifi and I want to actually be able to use it.

Side note: the modem is only a year old. We bought it in January 2024.

Please make sure if the Wi-Fi names are broadcasting.

Please ensure that your device is connected to the G34 network. Then, open a web browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar. Once you do this, check if you can access the login page for the web interface.

Using an Ethernet cable to connect directly from your gateway. Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port of your gateway and the other end into your computer.

Look at the LED lights next to the Ethernet port on your gateway.

Blinking Light: Indicates active data transmission, meaning the port is working properly and communicating with the connected device.

No Light: Could mean the port is inactive or there is no physical connection.
