Completed the setup, updated the password for the portal login in the process, and after reconnecting the new ssid’s, I am unable to log into the portal. I’ve done this twice. The first time, I figured I forgot the password, so I reset the device and went through the setup process a second time. This time, I’m confident the password is not the issue.

Ensure that you have used the recommended symbols in the login credentials for the web interface.

Password Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase alpha character
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (~ ! @ # $ % ^ * (  ) - _ = + [ ] { } | ; : , . / ?)

If you used a symbol that is not recommended, that is likely the reason you are unable to log in. At this point, we recommend performing a factory reset and then setting a password that meets the recommended requirements.

Thanks for the reply. I assume any character not listed is also invalid and a possible cause?

That’s correct. Use the recommended characters in your password to avoid such issues.
