I can no longer login as admin with the correct password. I kept getting “Please Login First” prompt after logging in. If I entered a wrong password, I received invalid credential error message. I hesitate to reset the hardware because it would mean I would spend eternity to connect all the devices that connected to the network.

Power off and on the cable solved my problem. I hate the interface. It doesn’t matter what browser or which version you use, it seems none of them is supported. Please update the software!!!

 

The version of Chrome you are using is unsupported. Your Gateway's web interface has been tested to work with the minimum version: 70.0.3538.110.
 

 


While trying to access the GUI web portal, you might get the pop up as “the version of chrome you are using is unsupported”. That is the default pop up, you can ignore and continue with the page.
