I can’t enable the bridge network on my G34 because it’s asking for login credentials and I was NEVER prompted to create a user password when I set up my account

Do you have surfboard central app? and are you able to login to the surfboard central application?
If Yes, you can access modem GUI through the surfboard central app only by following the steps mentioned on the link below.
