During the initial setup of the G34, you’ll be prompted to create a password to access its web interface.
If your service provider is not listed in the Surfboard Central app during setup, you can select "Others" to proceed.
Then, simply follow the on-screen instructions in the app. For additional guidance, please refer to the link below for more information on using the Surfboard Central app.

If the Surfboard Central app is set up correctly, it will automatically generate a password for accessing the web interface. The login credentials will be tied to the email address used during setup, and the password can be found within the app.
If you prefer to access the interface without using the app, we recommend performing a factory reset on the device. This will restore the gateway to its default settings, allowing you to create a new password for the web interface and configure your Wi-Fi credentials.
