I had bought G36 modem 3 yrs back which I am trying to re-install now. I have registered the modem with Xfinity and the Wifi router is working. My phone and laptop is connected to the Wifi. I would like to change the Wifi/modem password but unable to do this. My SBC app is not connecting to the modem and hence unable to setup the app; also logged into the web interface using http://192.168.0.1 but it’s not letting me login, saying “Invalid login credentials”. Is there a way to reset the web interface login credentials so that I can connect through the web interface and change my modem password?
