Can you make your parasitic app work and just let me change the name of my router this has been weeks and every step I follow just blocks me for no reason from either logging in or even just connecting to the thing.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please ensure that you have internet access when connected to the network.

If you're trying to set up the app, we recommend connecting to the default Wi-Fi network and then starting the setup process again in the Surfboard Central app by reinstalling.

For your reference, please view the steps provided in the link for setting up the Surfboard Central app

Once the setup is complete, you will be directed to the home page. To change your Wi-Fi credentials, please refer to the link below for steps.

There is an alternative method for changing your Wi-Fi credentials through the web interface (GUI).

To do this, you must be connected to the network, either via Wi-Fi or by directly connecting the G34 to your computer using an Ethernet cable.

Once connected, open a web browser and type http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar. You will be redirected to the web interface. If you encounter any alert messages, such as 'This webpage is not private,' you can bypass this step.

For instructions on how to bypass the alert, please refer to the link below.

Once you're in the web interface, please follow the steps provided in the link below to change your Wi-Fi credentials.
