Using Xfinity & Arris G36 I’ve tried unsuccessfully to use this application several times and ways and I cannot get it to connect. I always get an error. Has anybody got G36 to work with Comcast Xfinity in 2024?
i’ve been in software engineer for 18 years so I don’t think it’s my errors. I think it’s the app.

Setting up G36 with surfboard central app is not that difficult, all you need to do is just follow the instruction mention on the below article and if any error code occur follow the steps occurring on the surfboard app so please try uninstalling app and reset modem for 15-30 secs then connect phone to the modem default wifi network and then start the surfboard app setup by following the steps mentioned on the below article.
