I just installed a surfboard G 34 modem. We had an existing Netgear nighthawk X6 router and Unifi AP AC lite extenders. The extenders aren’t connecting. I’ve tried rebooting everything unplugging and plugging the extenders back in. Other than factory resetting the extenders. Does anybody have any suggestions? Are the extenders compatible with the new modem?

If your Unifi extender supports WPS, you can use the WPS method on the G34 to pair the extender with the gateway.

It’s important to ensure that the Unifi extender is broadcasting a default network name.
