Hello,

 

I recently posted in this community regarding my Arris G34 router modem not connecting properly to my apple TV and Xbox One. I received an automated helpdesk response with troubleshooting steps. I followed the steps, and the issue is still occurring. At this point I would like to file a warranty claim to get the unit replaced, as it appears I have a lemon. How should I begin this process?

                          If particular devices are not getting connected to the modem WIFI network please check using both the WIFI network 2.4 and 5G. If other devices are connected and works fine  only issue on these two device then you need to configure the WIFI settings on the respective device. You can also try changing WIFI channel to make this issue fixed. please find the steps to change WIFI channel on below link.
