I can’t find anywhere on this website on how to return this modem through Arris. I bought the modem a year ago and it has a 2 year warranty. I have had problems from the start and now I see it’s the modem and an Xfinity issue. It took a while to figure out the problem. Can someone please direct me on how to return it. I doubt Best Buy will help. Thank you
