Will not connect to network.  Orange flashing light.  Intermittent port fails preceding total failure.

In this case we would suggest you to try all possible trouble shooting before proceeding with the warranty claim. Perform hard reset on the modem by following the steps mentioned on the below link and check the modem is online using your internet service provider application and if not try reactivating modem.
