To access the GUI web portal, the device needs to connect with Arris's network.
After connecting the Wi-Fi on any of your devices, I would suggest following the instructions on the below given link to login the web portal:

S33/S34 is the cable modem and there is no Wi-Fi inbuilt feature in it.

If you changed the Wi-Fi credentials on the Web portal, that would reflect in the SBC app.

No I have not used the web portal to sigh in or create an account , I could not create an account in the android app because it will not let, want me to sign in would that app have the default sign in of admin password?

If the app is asking you to sign in, then you’ve already created an account with the app. The g34 or the app does not have default username or password. Are you using the SURFboard Central app for another SURFboard product?
