I bought a new g34 and my isp says I need to contact the manufacturer to have my modem provisioned but I can’t find where to get ahold of the manufacturer

Provisioning involves resetting the default configuration for the Internet service provider connection. For cable providers, this typically includes recording the cable modem's MAC or hardware address and uploading a configuration file to the modem that connects your location to their service. so this can be done only you the service provider, manufacturer has no option on configuring modem or provisioning.
