Wi-Fi G36 is not working

Comcast Infiniti has come out to my home and verified that my G 36 is not functional
 

I have verified that it has a warranty that expires in May 2024. 
 

how do I get a replacement or a refund?

by going through arris support. The community forum can’t RMA a product. You actually have to go through support.
