I have reset.the router, disconnected and reconnected the coax cable that goes direct from the box to the wall, and the router appears to work. Several devices find it but then they all say "no internet". I tried resetting up the Surfboard app - which I uninstalled after set-up but that is even having issues.

I understand you are unable to connect to internet on your devices , so I would like to know the status of the Led Lights of G36.
Also , please log in to http://192.168.0.1 and check the wan ip address . It should be a public ip address .
To login to http://192.168.0.1 please connect to Wi-Fi of any device and open up a browser and type in on the address bar http://192.168.0.1
