I did a factory reset on my SBG00DAE36 & it is asking for me to set up a temporary Wi-Fi network. I scanned the QR code on the bottom of the device & it filled the SSID & the WiFi security key that is listed on the label. I click Submit & am told that WiFi is not enabled.  I have tried going to 192.168.0.1 on a PC connected to the modem & just get 'No Internet'.  I have verified through the Xfinity app that the modem is online per them.  At my wits end what to do.

In this case scanning QR code on the modem label is to setup surfboard central application to access modem setting if that doesn't work you can access modem interface on the device connected to modem WIFI network to setup SBC app you need to get internet from modem WIFI so make sure your modem is activated successfully and internet is working fine. please follow the steps mentioned on the below link to setup the app or to access modem interface.
