So I’m at a loss….. I’m trying to locate the DTMI settings on the admin page for the Arris G54. But I’m not finding them anywhere. Am I just completely overlooking it?!

There is no option to check the current default value for DTIM.

I’m sorry for the confusion: I don’t want to check it I want you to tell me what it is. It is set in the firmware by the modem manufacturer. Please ask them what it is and tell me.

DTIM is a networking term that stands for delivery traffic indication message. That helps to know the packets of information that are broadcast through a network.
Regarding any information about firmware, I would suggest contacting the ISP for further assistance.
