Not all four 1 gbps ports are putting out 1000 mbps. Getting the following connection strength.
Port 2: 1000 mbps down and up
Port 3: 1000 mbps down and up
Port 4: 100 mbps down and up
Port 5: 10 mbps down and up (Does not work properly)
Is this normal?

You can manually set the Ethernet port speed through the modem's GUI or web interface.
Log in to the modem settings page and navigate to Gateway > Hardware > Ethernet
For every ethernet port you can see option called connection speed click on the drop down arrow and select the speed and save.
