I gave the first 25 of my 60 devices static addresses but now no matter what name, IP and MAC I try to add I get Invalid input.

If you manually assign the static IP address using the correct MAC address and ensure the IP aligns with the gateway’s configuration.

Are you aware that your reply is garbled?  I copy and paste here what I see in “1 reply”:

What is this?  Why the line of dots?  This is no answer at all, it’s an interrogative clause with its conclusion missing.  Please Reply something that makes sense next time, OK?  There’s something Arris phone support has been told that I haven’t told you:  I was promised a call back from phone support level 2 within 24 to 48 hours last Thursday, and it never came; I phoned again and support would tell me nothing except they would call me sometime this week.  If Arris doesn’t help me use the full 2--253 IP static addresses they promised me at phone support, I am returning my $600 G54 to Amazon because it’s defective.  Please find out why an attempt to add a 26th static address, whose name, IP and MAC are all completely acceptable, fails saying Invalid.  I’m not waiting more weeks for an answer.  If I don’t get one from you or them I’ll assume it’s because 25 is actually all the G54 allows.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this appears to be a product limitation, as only up to 25 static IP addresses can be configured. We will ensure that this feedback is shared with the concerned team.
