Ive tried multiple with my internet supplier on the phone and it doesn't work. Says the password is in correct, but thats the password in the box. No customer support. Recommend a better modem route for several devices and a big wifi range. Thanks

The default password is case‑sensitive, so please ensure you enter it exactly as shown. If you have previously customized the gateway settings and no longer remember the updated password, we recommend performing a factory reset. This will restore the gateway to its original default configuration.

Obviously every password is case sensitive. And I appreciate the prompt response... everytime someone says something dumb to you or takes forever to help you. You can rest assured, you are the same. Not worried about making the world a better place. I guess thats the reason for ai. It can give worthless responses for free. End of rant.
