Trying to set up new modem/router. 

I can connect to it, but without internet. 

Xfinity says they activated it and says it's online from their perspective. 

How do I get internet connection?

Spent hours with xfinity help line to no avail.

Could you please let us know your subscribed internet speed plan?

Also, please confirm that your internet service does not include voice service, as the G54 does not support voice functionality and will not activate on a plan that includes voice.

Also, could you provide the current status of the LED lights on your device?

If the LED light is solid blue, please try self-activating the G54 using the Xfinity app.
