Trying to activate G54 Modem-Router get to internet connection and get Error Code  0002-1503

That error code indicates that there is no internet connection on your mobile device while setting up the gateway through the surfboard central app.

Please ensure that you have an active data plan on your phone.

Once that’s confirmed, proceed to the next step where you can activate your G54 service. You’ll be able to choose the activation method either by contacting your internet service provider or by using the self-activation method.

Note: To complete the setup on the Surfboard Central app, the G54 gateway must be activated, and you must have an active internet connection from the network.
