I have the arris g54 model and the internet keeps cutting out.  I will have connection then will lose connection, then it will come back.  Solid blue light, then blinking green, then solid blue.  I've reset the modem numerous times, contacted xfinity and nothing works.

In this case we would suggest you to check on the coax cable connected to the modem, could you please help me with the speed plan that you are in with your ISP?

we need to check the cable signal level that your modem is getting from Xfinity to isolate the issue.

Thank you I will try this.  Xfinity is also running a new coax line so hopefully that helps out a ton.
