I recently set up a G54 Modem/router in Xfinity without issue. Devices started connecting right away and I have no connection issues.
However, Connected devices do not appear either on the app or web page.
My Asus wifi7 router showed everything, This shows nothing.
Any idea how to get devices to appear in the connected list?

Woke this morning and everything is now appearing! Strange but it’s fixed on it’s own.
In this case we would suggest you to uninstall app then reinstall app this will refresh the app configuration then check for the connected device option on the surfboard central app.
