My G54 recently started rebooting by itself, after PIA troubleshooting, located problem in female power receptacle in back of case, on board, located bad solder on board on terminal for plug in, disassembled, resoldered, now works as it should. The slightest movement would cause Unit to reboot. Unit is over 3 years old, suspect weight of cord and jack finally caused bad solder joint to give way, bad manufacturing process, (Cold solder joint) unit has never been abused since day one, I did strain relief the plug and cord.
