A few days ago, my Internet on my G54 gateway started acting slow. It takes a while to load an entertainment app like YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and getting high ping while playing games to where it’s unbearable. But when doing a speed test on my G54 it says I’m getting over 300 download speed and 39 upload. So why is my Internet being so slow and having a high ping in games? Is it my modem thats acting up, or my ISP?
