When setting a static IP address, it's important to use the correct IP range.
For example, if your G54 gateway’s IP address begins with 192.168.0.xxx, then your static IP must follow the same sequence.

Using a different range—such as 192.168.1.xxx or anything outside 192.168.0.xxx—will result in the configuration being rejected by the gateway.

Could you please help us with the product’s model number? Also, could you confirm whether you're trying to assign a static IP address to the device?
