modem i bought last year quit workling my internet at home doesnt work . what could be wrong ? this is $600+ when i bought it expensive and did not last..

Could you please confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you’ve subscribed to?
Also, are the Wi-Fi networks currently broadcasting?
Please let us know the LED light status on the gateway as well, this will help us better understand the current condition of your connection.
